Role details
About the role
PXLSec is looking for an experienced cybersecurity sales professional to expand our international business. We are a specialised offensive-security consultancy delivering penetration testing, red teaming, application security and infrastructure security assessments.
You will independently identify business opportunities, establish relationships with decision-makers and convert opportunities into signed engagements. This is a business development and sales closing role, not a generic lead generation position.
Offensive-security certifications and technical testing interviews are not required for this commercial role. Commercial terms will be discussed privately with shortlisted candidates.
What you would do
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across Europe.
- Build relationships with CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors and enterprise procurement teams.
- Sell penetration testing, red teaming, VAPT and related offensive security services.
- Manage the full commercial sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Establish referral and white-label partnerships with MSPs, MSSPs and IT consultancies.
- Collaborate with our technical team on scoping, proposals and negotiations.
- Maintain a qualified sales pipeline and report measurable progress.
Minimum requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrable B2B cybersecurity or IT professional services sales experience.
- Previous experience selling penetration testing, VAPT, red teaming, application security or comparable consulting services.
- Proven ability to personally close B2B service contracts.
- Experience engaging enterprise security decision-makers.
- Independent prospecting and business development capabilities.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Excellent professional English.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
Additional strengths (optional)
- Existing relationships with cybersecurity buyers in Europe.
- Experience selling offensive-security consulting services.
- Previous experience working with penetration testing companies.
- Enterprise sales experience.
- Experience establishing MSSP/MSP referral or reseller partnerships.
