Workspaces and access
Know which workspace you are working in and who can edit it.
01 / Choose the right workspace
Use PXLHub to enter the personal or organisation workspace you need. Personal workspaces remain separate from company membership. Check the workspace label before adding client information or importing evidence.
02 / Separate identity from permission
PXLAccess manages the shared identity and sign-in. Product access and the role within Quill determine the operations available to you. A company membership alone does not imply that every product is enabled.
03 / Manage people through Accounts
For hosted team access, use the Accounts management link rather than treating the local-only password administration screen as the hosted workflow. An authorised administrator can invite users and grant the intended product seats.
04 / Sign out of the suite
Use Sign out of PXLSec when you want to end the shared product session. Signing out of PXLSec does not sign you out of your Google or Microsoft account. Reopen the product and complete sign-in if prompted.
